Our electronic material business has developed around Dotite®. In 1957, we developed Dotite® through a joint research project with the Nippon Telephone and Telegraph Corporation. (Currently NTT.) Application of Dotite has rapidly expanded as information technology (IT) caused by second industrial revolution to human history and information equipment becomes smaller in size and more advanced. The product is used in most computers, communication equipment like cellular phones, and entertaining electronics such as PC's, game machines and CD/DVD players. Dotite is a superior product and enjoys the largest share in the global conductive paste market. It will continue to be used in various types of products such as printed circuit boards, electronic parts, IC cards, and ELD (Electro Luminescence Display).

Miscellaneous purpose |
| A thin 1.6 mm multi-layer board. Dotite® connects boards and allows for the miniaturization of electronics. |
| Dotite® is used in multi-layer boards, ELD, and quartz resonators. Cellular phones cannot be made without Dotite®. |
| With Dotite®, ultra-thin circuits can be precisely made because it even adheres to film-like polymer membrane. It is essential for the production of FPC. |
| Dotite® is very conductive, durable, and can be printed or folded. It is essential for the production of IC cards. |
| Quartz resonators used in cellular phones and remote control keys for cars can be manufactured only in Japan. Dotite® is also essential to make them. |
