System and initiative
Business operation on the basis of technological development
Requisite technological development capabilities for our company as a manufacturer. The 30% or more employees are technical personnel, and the 10% goal of the R&D expenditure ratio to the net sales cost is set, in order to maintain and improve the technological development capabilities.
Technology sharing across divisions
Creative technological development will be promoted by sharing technologies in the respective divisions and aggregating the respective engineering departments in the respective divisions into one R&D base center.
Individual engineers participate in daily networking events and technology exchange meetings are conducted regularly across the entire base.
Technological development capabilities improved via communications with customers
Almost all of our company’s products are custom-made based on close communication with customers. Joint development with the customers enables performance that cannot be equaled by conventional products, while our technological development capabilities are improved in the process of joint development.
Base and facility
Since many products with different characteristics are handled in the R&D center, which plays the central role of our R&D, dividing the experimental area into each of the product groups results in functional development. At the same time, sharing the office area promotes the sharing of various information.
