Business Overview
Medical Materials
We support the world of diagnostics with our functional particle design technology.
Business Outline
In the 1990s, we applied the resin synthesis technology from our polymers & resins business to the field of in vitro diagnostic reagents, initiating the development and production of “polystyrene latex particles for diagnostic reagents.”
These are now used by customers in Japan and abroad as a raw material for in vitro diagnostic reagents.
We are also developing functional particles and various OEM reagents using our own particles.
